Users with 0 Posts are no longer displayed on Memberlist

This might be a better idea to make this optional, RCK.

There *must* be a way to see members with 0 Posts, albeit it doesn't have to be the default behavior.
Sometimes I've forgotten the spelling of a silent reader, and because he has 0 Posts, I can't search for his name on the forum and thus can't contact him via PM!

Currently, all members with 0 Posts are filtered out.
Try it out yourself.

We already speak about this during EAB3 annoucement.
It's normal to not display inactive users in member list, especially because they are auto purged.
