ethernet slowing down A2000 to crawl

here is the config: A2000, PicassoII, A2065 (with AUI transceiver), G-Force 040 (with 12Mb).

the problem is that when I start AmiTCP everything becomes so sloooow.
I tried various SANA-II drivers that could be found on aminet but it didn't help.

please help me solve this..

(sorry if I already asked this in past.)

Not sure about this, but maybe a bit more RAM would be helpful?

Not at all, the problem is related with software and ROM revisions.
