New Page layout

I’ve just uploaded a new site layout which will allow me to add more future content to the site.

I’ve created the following new pages:

Workbench Distributions
General Guides (not sure what I’ll be adding to this page yet)
Useful Downloads (basic legal items (e.g. Winuae mirror etc.) - no games)

Comments please?

hi Paul, Just taken a peek at The Green Amiga Alien Site looks fine. nice tweak.

Add http://www.aminet.net/ to the Links page. This will allow any user to jump over to aminet to pick any of the apps if they have any trouble with the inks inside the guides. This is suggested as a backup link

Unfortunately in IE, to stop the horizontal scrollbar appearing in the right frame and cutting off the right hand side of the page, I had to set show scrollbars to always, but in firefox the bottom scrollbar is now visible (ghosted out). Also I can’t seem to get top table to centre properly in IE.

It's not easy to make it compatible for all web browsers

Edit: IE table problem fixed this time (I hope)

Yes you are right same problem here, I have no idea why it was doing this.

Anyway I copied the code from sitemap page and pasted over the code on index page and it works again now. Does it work OK now for you?

hi paul, Yes i can now confirm that the cut and past code from the site map section to the main page is now working in IE6 again.
