Amiga Games Youtube
Hello fellow Amiga players, i have just started up a youtube channel that i
will play alot of amiga games on, so if you would like to have blast from the past, please come check out my channel. I will try to upload 2-3 videos pr week. Most of the games i will be playing are amiga games since that is my fav gaming computer. But i will also upload some other game related videos. Hope you will check out my channel and subscribe if you like it. BTW just uploaded a video of me playing the good old classic Defender of the crown. Your fellow amiga player Zaulot http://www.youtube.com/user/jaguarhansen |

I will gladly subscribe to your channel once you'll get any content on it. As of the time of this writing the only Amiga-related video on your channel is Defender of the Crown, and you include no commentary with it.
I can't get enough of people doing entertainingly narrated let's-plays of classic computer games on Youtube. Unfortunately there is only a handful of Amiga let's-players, and to date absolutely no one does Atari ST and Spectrum let's-plays. I'd love for someone technically-minded to do well-researched playthroughs of these games. Someone who isn't trying to stir him or herself into a bout of fake rage, but rather someone who'd point out lots of nerdy details, try to deduce why and how certain scenes or effects were done, and to draw parallels to other ports of the game. Man - I think I might try to throw my own hat into the ring of let's players one day: ) |

Not sure if this has been posted, but it's a big moment in Amiga histor. Possibly the biggest moment ever, as it's the World premiere of the Amiga from 1985.

New Amiga Video Youtube Channel
Big thank you EAB - you have helped me out more than once and I'm so glad you are there .... so its time to give back PLUS I got a little tired of talking to myself Down Under (I was on a train in England in 2013 year when two guys opposite me starting talking Amigan. I could have hugged them!) so I've decided to do my very own Amiga channel on Youtube. (gotta love Youtube). Please don't laugh too loud at me, I'm an ammature. Go check me out at
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC88...GravUS76Z8fBgQ I intend to make a series of videos, next one comes out around about tomorrow.... cheers klokwirk |

Is anyone familiar with a let's-play-with-commentary-channel known as The Shadow's Nose?
His opening mantra is, "who knows what evil lies at the heart of games? ...The Shadow Nose". ...but don't hold that against him. He covers a lot of lesser known titles that the average Amigan would never stumble across otherwise. Which games are featured appears to be totally random and there's no preparation in the way of learning how to play, which can be entertaining or frustrating depending on how complicated a game is to pick up and play. Personally I don't get the 'proud to be unemulated' thing when your capture method of choice is to point a camera at a TV and hit record, but beggars can't be choosers, eh. You can find similar stuff on the SpiderMwa channel, though he's more energetic and chatty. All your favourite mainstream games are covered, though this does mean you're unlikely to discover any hidden gems that aren't already in your collection. A teddy from the top shelf goes to the first person who can tell me what the flip a "friendly neighbourhood SpiderMwa" is! |

I don't know if Louis Gorenfeld has been mentioned in this thread already, couldn't be bothered to check through all 23 pages, but if not I would recommend checking out his show "Cool and unusual games", he speaks about all systems but sometimes features amiga-games,
