Emulation of 800k Mac floppy drive connected via A-Max or Mac-2-DOS cartridge?
I am wondering if it would be possible to emulate an 800k Mac floppy drive connected to the emulated Amiga in WinUAE, thus allowing Mac 800k disk images to be read and written from within either A-Max or Mac-2-DOS software, as if the Mac drive were attached to the external floppy port using the cartridge that was included with A-Max (ReadySoft) or Mac-2-DOS (Central Coast Software.)
This would allow transfer of data from Mac floppy images, and in the case of A-Max, the use of Mac 800k floppy images directly from within the emulated Mac, without having to go through the time-consuming process of transferring the data in the Mac disk image into A-Max format using an extended ADF file as a container. How difficult would this be to implement? |

Impossible to say without hardware and floppy format information.
