Capture crash data in log file

Hi all, my main os3.9 install has started crashing right at the end of loading workbench.

I am trying to use snoopdos to capture a log file. Unfortunately snoopdos window stops WB from fully loading.

I put the command c:snoopdos at the beginning of my user startup.

Is snoopdos the program to use? is there a setting >:nil or quiet setting for snoopdos?

Ta

Thomas if you aint got anything useful to say then F*ck off!
Anyone can can be a cheeky Fu*cker. See its real easy... Even I can do it!

I choose not to though, I generally try to be pleasant and constructive in my replies.

If it makes you feel better about yourself, then carry on.
But please, unless you wanna be helpful, stay the F*ck away from my threads!

Ok reading through some of my old posts....

I found this one. I must admit I aint particularly impressed with the way it reads.
Whilst I still feel being told to Read The F**king Manual to be unhelpful and rude, I feel that my response to Thomas was equally rude and certainly uncalled for.

I therefore want to publically apologise to Thomas for my rant.

"Sorry Thomas"

Also, I promise not to post whilst the women in my family are on their blob ever again

@DDNI:

Well, English is not my native language. Germans are known to generally sound rude to native speakers. That's not because they are or want to be rude but because of different culture. German language does not know "understatement". Germans are not used to circumscribe their opinion in nice words while they can say the same in few exact words. It often happens that I forget about this "in the heat of the battle".

So sorry from me, too.

(But it's still my opinion that something like "I don't find the option to write SnoopDOS' debug output into a file anywhere in the docs" would have made me react more polite.)

Hi Thomas, thanks for replying. I agree with you, having lived in Dusseldorf for 5 years, Germans speaking English, can initially seem a bit rude - generally unintentionally. Also reading the guide would have helped me out!
