malware on EAB?

Mozilla and Chrome block some eab pages because of alleged malware content related to:
Code:
www.djjazzyjeff.net
it happened to me yesterday on some page that after i reopened had no more blocks.
and, for instance, this one:
http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=35975&page=2

what does it mean, that if that site is unsafe any page, even here, with links to it would be blocked?

[edit] in this case it was a image linked by [the infamous] KG
