Amiga 1200 Powers up the shuts down

Hello everybody,
Although I am new to this board, I am not new to Amigas and working inside them.
I have a problem with an Amiga 1200 that some of you guys may be able to help me resolve.
When switched on, the Amiga screen will go black for about 2 seconds and then the TV will display "No Signal". It seems that the TV is detecting a video signal at startup but then after the 2 seconds the video output to the TV stops.
I've checked the Amiga is actually powered up when there is "No Signal" and it does.
I have re-capped the Amiga
The power supply I am using has been used to power up many Amigas without a problem.
I can see no physical damage on the motherboard even after searching a number of times with a USB microscope.

What kind of connection are you using for the Amiga to this TV?
Composite? SCART? Other?
Has this Amiga ever worked on this TV with the same type of connection?
Can you get anything to display with the Early Boot Menu?

Hi,

Sounds lke the cpu is not initializing, does the floppy drive click ?, was the computer booting before a recap?. are te caps put in correctly with correct values?. do you still have +5, +12 and -12v on the rails ?

do you see the keyboard blinking ?

Have you recently removed kickstart IC's? That also happens when one of the tracks are damaged under kickstart.
