Roadkill CD32 Problem

Hi Toni

I have a problem with Roadkill CD32. After the main options screen the game simply stops loading. I am using a standard CD32 config and an original Roadkill disc.

Same here. Using WinUAE 2.0.1 (final) and an original Roadkill disc. The compatibility slider is to the left. In the centre or right position, the game doesn't even start (no spinning CD32 logo either). Logs attached.

Mine's the original Acid version, not the Acid/Guildhall re-release. Does that help?

Game uses weird way of reading the pad.. It is clearly copied from existing code but POTGO values are very different. I am not yet sure how it is supposed to work..

I think game stops because it detects pressed pad button(s).

EDIT: it wasn't so weird after all and it was supported except few missed tests..

The spinning CD32 logo should appear anyway regardless of the game. Something must be up with your config cos it should load at least to the options screen. Try my CD32 config.

Never ever suggest non-qs configs if something does not work and there is qs config for it..

I was using the quickstart configs, I was just varying the position of the compatibility slider.

Thanks for looking into it, Toni!
