Slamtilt uses a different script which doesn't use Execute command.

I made Resident Execute command, but no way.

I have another solution:

leave the Execute 45.19 command only for OS 3.1.4 and use the 44.5 version directly from the game dir in the script of Reboot-Start.

Simple but effective

Slamtilt uses his own mountlist and on reboot runs his own executables called "Start-Game" which is similar to "GamePath" but in addition also runs "Game.exe" (game executable)

However Slamtilt and CapitalPunishment don't need these tricks to boot from HD with 2MB Chip Ram

I found and tested a new more simple tool:
http://aminet.net/package/util/cli/rebootscript

Just create a script containing Writescript followed by the executable / script to play the
game included the path.

Example:
Writescript DH1: Games / Reshoot-R / Reshoot_r.script

Give the executable attribute to the game load script (protect + S) and modify it by entering a change directory with the path of the same game, in our case it will be:
CD DH1: Games / Reshoot-R /

Then insert the C: Runscript line at the beginning of your system Startup-Sequence.

The Writescript command will generate a temporary file containing the path to the game's executable / script and reset the Amiga.
If Runscript finds the temporary file it executes it, otherwise it continues with the loading of the Workbench.

Much simpler than using the system RAD.

I use http://aminet.net/package/util/batch/KeyPressed to launch games/programs at boot time. Much simpler, less complicated.

Not a terrible wallpaper, but I've never been a huge fan of the stupid boing ball. I'd much rather have the Tick logo, or the "futuristic" logo that Commodore briefly used.

I haven't read the entire thread, but are the A1200 3.1.4 ROMs still available for sale somewhere (I'm in the U.S.). Thanks!

Found it, thanks! AOTL has 3.1.4 disks + ROMs. Amigastore.eu also has 3.1.4 on disks, download, ROMs, and on pre-configured CF cards.

My guess is OS 3.1.4.1
Received some 40 pin ZIF sockets today from China today. I have a feeling they will be handy.
