User interface - updated

I have added two new options on the HOL homepage in order to permit users to disable some features which may be incompatible with their browser. (dedicated to twist

)

- [user] add a button to disable the DHTML popup function.
- [user] add a button to disable the JS focus function.
- [user] update the homepage with a new layout (< 50 ko)

- User review field removed (as we will only host magazine review)
