Amiga 600 wont switch on

Hello guys. I own an Amiga 1200 (cf 4gb+8Mb Fast Ram) which i installed, so i am not tottaly clueless regarding inners of an amiga. I found this Amiga 600 on the trash (!) and i adopted her, while working perfectly. While testing my floppies on the amiga 600 drive it stopped working (after i inserted a very faulty, judging by the sound, disk). I decided to try to fix the floppy following instructions of this youtube video. [ Show youtube player ]
I cleaned the loads of dust from inside using a vacuum cleaner (not the best choice i know but i checked that there were no pins to suck) and the drive as described on the video above. I noticed that the RF was starting to rust and that the IDE for the 2.5'' HDD was green from rust. However i imagine that since the amiga worked so far, there was no problem with that.
The keyboard cable was detached from the white plastic module on the motherboard, which i noticed that is lifted half a cm from the mobo. Is that normal? I placed it again, as well as the cable on the down right that connects the leds, which was probably detached.
I understand that i performed poorly, and it was verified by the fact that amiga now wont start at all. It wont switch on when powered on and when i switch off the PSU, amiga makes a "small sound".
Is it possible that it is a minor problem that it wont let it switch on, or have i totally torched it?
Thank you in advance!

A green IDE connector is a clear indicator that the caps are leaking electrolyte fluid which is slowly eating away the tracks on the MB. They need to be replaced and the entire MB cleaned. However, this will probably not fix the problem you have now since bad caps usually just make the Amiga unstable. A track might have been eaten away completely so it needs to be found and repaired. If you used a vacuum cleaner on the MB, it could also kill some ICs since it produces a lot of static electricity.
Anyway, to start fixing it, the first step is replacing all the bad caps and closely checking all connections around them.
