A500 keyboard and floppy

Hello !

I just want to verify the direction Im supposed to put the keyboard connector and the floppy cable into my A500 mainboard when I reassemble it after swapping out a broken board. I think I know, but its good to have it verified.

And another thing: Does anyone know where to get some motherboard screws ? Ofcourse I have misplaced the ones I took out, between disassembling and now reassembling with a replacement board ..

Also: Is there anything I should pay particular attention to when reassembling ?

I had a REV5 and got a REV6a as replacement. But same ASSY.

Black goes towards the left on the keyboard connector, when the floppy drive opening is towards the right.

No particular things to pay attention to - don't make mistakes. :-D

you can get the motherboard screws from ebay,there dirt cheap.

infact you can get whole sets if you look hard anough and ask the right peaple.

Airey is probably drowning in Amiga case screws with the amount of Amigas he dismantles.

And the red floppy wire ? Also to the left ?

The red thread of the floppy cable also to the left ?
