Manic Miner by Software Projects in 1990?

Four copies in tosec, i. e. each of two copies has an alt version:
1st cracked and trained (+1) by Mayhem
2nd cracked and trained (+4) by Subway

Not rare.

Now if you had found the unreleased JSW by software projects that would have been a find.

i definately have a "JSW 4 " on disk somewhere, that was quite good.

i seem to rememeber another one called "Rock Star" or something, not many screens as i recall... maybe on a CU amiga coverdisk?

oh, and dont forget Jet Set Willy '97 !! (since i wrote some music for it. hehe)

How many of these were commercial releases (not PD or homebrew or something) ?

surely only JSW2 and Manic Miner?

personally i'd like to try Rock Hard Willy, Willy in the Castle of Dreams, Willy's Weirdy Nightmare, Manic Miner'90 and Manic Miner 2.... even if they are only PD games... alhtough i suspect most (maybe all) are in TOSEC and i just havent looked for them.

a big "JSW pack" uploaded to The Zone would be nice

This is why i am gonna compile all my amiga games to a blue ray disc in the near future i have got nearly 3000 amiga games perfectly working upto now and am just finishing the letter p and when i get to the letter z in a couple of months time i reckon i will have around 4500 games and so i will burn them to a blue ray disc and they will be saved for future generations.
Upto now i have got nearly all of games for the following computers
Spectrum, commodore 64,nes,snes,sega master, genesis, nintendo 64,mame,pc engine and i have got another dozen or so computers to do after that and when i have done the amiga i will be doing all the other computers like atari, msx, coleco, gameboy, lynx etc and when i have done at the end of this year i will have around 50,000 games all burnt on a 100gb blue ray disc hopefully if it comes out this year.
Also i have 1700 ps1 games 750mb on a external 1.5tb hardrive so to get every single game on 1 disc i will need a 1tb disc which will be many years away so i will put the ps1 games separatly on a certain number of blue ray discs for now.
Currently i have about 35,000 games and its taken about 2 years at an average of 3 hours a a day every day to compile so like i,ve said at the end of this year i will have finished and the majority of all games ever made i will save to a blue ray disc for future generations and they are all backed up on my 2 external 1.5tb seagate hardrives so theres no danger of these games being lost.

The external drives is a good backup idea, I used to back my downloads to CD when they first came out for computers. The problem though as time goes on, a lot of newer CD readers have difficulty in reading them, maybe the dye that was used or maybe a physical breakdown on the surface layer. I would recommend duplicating a working version every year or 2 so that there would be no incompatibility problems with new dye's or technology.

Thanks for that allen1 i never knew of this problem and its going to be expensive backing up data on blue rays discs all the time especially the prices the manufacturers charge these days.
I have got an ps1 demo game cd from the 2nd edition of the 1995 Official playstation magazine which still works perfectly and its got a black coating on it perhaps they should still use this process to make the cds last longer.

Another back up idea is to share stuff!
You always know that someone in the Amiga community will have a copy of what you want!
Of course I only mean stuff you are allowed to share!
