Lemon Amiga where are you?
Hi,
Does anyone know what has happened to the website LemonAmiga.com? It was there one day and then gone the next! I tried yesterday and today also but nothing, just a message saying "The requested URL / was not found on this server." Very frustrating as someone had just replied to my querie about the name of an old game I wanted to find out but alas, I can't see what the answer was!! Gareth |

It has nothing to do with LemonAmiga, the hoster he uses has problems (again). Those sites are down too for example:
mame.net mameworld.net rainemu.com emuunlim.com retrogames.com finalburn.com |

Seems that the issue was resolved and the sites work again now.

BUMP! It appears that lemonamiga is down again. Something is wrong with it's DNS. Here's the output from the linux host command
www.lemonamiga.com has address 208.69.32.132 ;; Warning: ID mismatch: expected ID 63468, got 26519 Host www.lemonamiga.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL) Host www.lemonamiga.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL) Maybe a serial issue? |

Maybe Lemon, MameWorld and Co. should look for a new host.
Their current one does not appear to be extremely reliable. Of course there may be good reasons for using it besides that, e.g. pricing, who knows (I'm sure somebody does, but not me.). Last edited by eLowar; 20 June 2007 at 01:55. Reason: this and that, do you really care? |
