Yes, theres stuff thats overlayed, so its the full 16 colours. Having said that, there is a noticeable speed improvement for A500 with that optimized routine running in slow mem, so very nearly done. Just not sure if I implemented the full joystick controls though! |

Asman: I coded the joystick fix a few months ago for the game (normally a bit is set for each direction, so 1 might be up, 2 down, 4 left etc) but the game has crazy combinations like 3 might be left and up and 7 might be down. It meant you couldn't use the crosshair in the menus properly.
I assume Galahad is just putting the code in. |

Just need to adjust timings for the intro, adjust timing for the text that tells you you can abort intro loading, and Greyfox is doing me a logo for the 'team' . Once Greyfox has done that, will goto you for final beta testing, then converted to sector loading, then ready for release. and whoever requested a music on/off option, thats been added as well |

Incidentally, have you slogged through the entire game or checked if there's an end sequence? I never made it past the hill so haven't tested the bit over the river. Although I know where the map is stored so maybe I can just alter the tiles so you can walk across the river instead and hope the tiles store the walkable status internally

Unfortunately, Racquel is wearing entirely too many clothes.

So, this one is getting final BETA assembly, and will be sent for final BETA testing tomorrow.
Once thats passed, game will be written to sector loading disk, and if it passes BETA testing, we 'should' be on for a weekend release of the game........ Patience rewarded chaps |

Well, working with the two Beta testers, we're pretty confident that the final BETA was sent this morning. Once thats confirmed as working 100%, then BETA testing is finished, just need to finalise writing of a sector loading disk for faster loading.
Theres one other element to add to it, but i'm confident that won't delay things. DEFINATELY looking to release this week. If people would like to direct their browsers to HOL and do a search, they might find a new entry that interests them |

Manual to the game:
http://gamesdbase.com/Media/SYSTEM/A...tware_Ltd..pdf Would probably be good for HOL too since this is basically the same game Last edited by tomcat666; 20 July 2014 at 15:55. |

Tomcat666: We can surely photoshop ATARI ST out and replace it with AMIGA!
