Dell U2410F VGA/RGB Adaptor

Just picked up a Dell U2410f which has a 15khz mode and a VGA/RGB adaptor from AmigaKit for my A1200.

When I load WB it's a bit of a blurry mess and can't read the text but when I load the games its a lot better. Had a look at the Pixel Clock settings but can't seem to change that:

In game:

Can anyone help?

Howdy partner I have the same monitor. It should provide a superb Workbench picture and a decent (for LCD) games picture (which is what you have).

Try DBLPal for Workbench and let us know how it looks.

Well, that looks much better

I think that 2410s can't handle Amiga's interlace modes properly. That's how you get some weird line-y picture (like pic 1). Same will happen, for instance, in pinball games when you get hi-res multi-ball. Still navigable but not pretty

The vertical lines are just TFT/LCD thing. Can be bettered (or worsened) by fiddling with clock and phase.

Yes, the top one definitely looks like an interlace thing - fiddling with pixel clocks won't help much there..
