I've just googled the datasheet - https://www.xilinx.com/support/docum...eets/ds056.pdf

if you look at the "Device part marking and ordering combination information" section you'll see that this chip is available in three different packages. It looks like you have the 100pin QFP, but need the 144pin QFP. You also have the "10" speed grade, which is the slowest - I don't know what the requirements are for the TF330, but it's worth double-checking that 10 is OK.

Asking Superduper to build it for a fee.

Regarding the speed, it matters a lot, the synthesized jed has to match the speed, if it's incorrect you won't be able to even burn the firmware onto the cpld. If the firmware was made for 8 then 10 simply will not work, and vice versa. And of course there is no source for the tf330 at this time, so anyone making that simple mistake would have to wait a year for source or ask Stephen Leary to make a compatible jed.

Sorry to hear of your trouble mate, phones been off all night didn't realise you were having a go at this tonight! You could have at least uploaded photos of crumbled iron just to make us all have a little giggle though :P
