Error in copperlist?

The ZIP file is a small effect that works in WinUae 0.8.21R4 and doesn't work (properly) in 0.8.22.
Maybe a bug in copper emulation?
The copperlist is plain and simple:

dc.w $100,$200 ; BPLCON0
dc.w $992f,$fffe ; wait
dc.w $180,$00e
dc.w $180,$20e
...

Only one wait in every line.

I tried 0821R4, 0822R7, 0822R8 and latest development version: copper effect is identical in all versions.

In .21 the colors move right to left.
In .22 they change only in a few pixels in the left of the screen.
I have win98se.

Hmm.. Do you see correct copper list if you enable debugger (shift+f12, use windowed mode) and press o1<return> and o<return> and o<return> etc..

Wink "Bug" found!

Here's your "bug":

Turn off horizontal/vertical centering.

Config uses 720x576 resolution, but both H- and V-centering is only valid for resolutions <= 640x512.

Toni, in order not to trap more people into this, there should be a solution (don't know which yet, though) that might warn the user about this option if x coordinate is greater than 640.
Maybe msgbox? Or disabling it automatically if x > 640 (more pain to code)?

Thanks to Tony and Andreas.
I didn't know the centering limits.
