DIY projects, hardware-wise

I am interested in making my own adapter to make a USB mouse work with my Amiga. Seems like it would be simple, and I have the knowledge (and soldering tools) to make it, just not the knowledge to draw a schematic.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Other DIY projects are:

Make a PC-to Amiga KB adapter.

An adapter to allow me to display the output of my Amiga on a LCD monitor, (However, I think that the monitor will need a higher resolution than my Amiga presently has to offer). Will that lower or eliminate flicker?) or my Sony NTSC monitor that has a RGB input, (as well as several other input options)

I'm sure there are numerous other ways to do it. Have you looked on aminet?

If you're proficient with Microchip PIC or Atmel AVR then both of those offer a viable solution to both of your DIY projects.
