EAB/Lemon Super League 2018: Round 4 Game Vote - OPEN ROUND

EAB/Lemon Super League 2018: Round 4 Game Vote - OPEN ROUND
Starts: 00:01 February 25th Finishes: 23:59 March 10th

Rules

Full rules are here.

Vote for five games.

Your first choice gets 5 points, second 4 pts, third 3 pts, fourth 2 pts, fifth 1 pt.

Remember to choose games suitable for competition play. Edited votes will be discounted (unless told otherwise) so think before you post. Please only vote on one board - either EAB or Lemon.

If a game comes in ECS and AGA versions, please state your preference in your vote. In the event the versions differ gameplay-wise, the version with most votes will be played. ECS is the default if you don't specify.

The winners of Round 3 have double voting power for Round 4. (1 = 10 points, 2 = 8 points etc). However, because the voting for the next round ends before the current round ends, players must place their votes and wait for the current round to end to see who will have their vote doubled. If one person wins both games in Round 3 their vote is trebled.

Tactical or nosey voters can see the Lemon voting thread here.

This is the first Open Round of the season, meaning any game at all can be voted for as long as it is suitable for competition play.

Anyone is welcome to vote, play and chat at any time. May voting commence...

A week in and 90% of the votes have been on the Lemon side. This is a bit poor, to say the least. Let's hope the EAB players are in the mood to influence the outcome.

1. Jimmy White's Whirlwind Snooker
2. PGA Tour Golf
3. R-Type 2
4. PGA European Tour (AGA version)
5. Speedball 2

Was hoping you'd return to the compo one day. Welcome back! Rexsu, Graham, Biscuit, blade - feels like 2008/09.

3 days left to vote!

14 hours left to vote. It's quite close so your vote can make all the difference.

Really. Well, I apologize in advance for the result of this vote.

After this season we'll think about some modifications regarding open rounds...

Voting's over and thanks to capehorn's last minute vote PGA Tour Golf still has a chance:

1. Formula One Grand Prix - 27 pts
2. PGA Tour Golf - 22 pts
3. Lotus Turbo Challenge II - 21 pts
4. Jimmy White's Whirlwind Snooker - 20 pts
4. R-Type II - 20 pts

Currently it clearly looks like another round of F1GP.
But should Biscuit, capehorn or I win one of the current games (and e.g. rexsu wins the other one) we'd play some golf...

John, I think you've missed out e5150's vote on Lemon. This is how I have the results:

1. F1GP - 27
2. R-Type II - 25
3. Lotus 2 - 24
4. PGA Tour Golf - 22
5. Jimmy White's - 20

You're right of course - thank you for keeping an eye on this!

Okay, so it's actually 4 games that still have a realistic chance:

1. Formula One Grand Prix - 27 pts
2. R-Type II - 25 pts
3. Lotus Turbo Challenge 2 - 24 pts
4. PGA Tour Golf - 22 pts

5. Jimmy White's Whirlwind Snooker - 20 pts

Also Jimmy White could theoretically still make it but that's highly unlikely.
So everyone give your best in the final week of Screech and AIFF!

In the last days we were sure we'd be playing Golf the next three weeks. Maybe I shouldn't have posted my AFF-vid today.

Due to steef-online winning AFF in the end his double voting power (and mine for winning Screech) leads to these final results:

1. Formula One Grand Prix - 32 pts*
2. Lotus Turbo Challenge 2 - 29 pts*
3. PGA Tour Golf - 27 pts*
4. R-Type II - 25 pts
5. Jimmy White's Whirlwind Snooker - 24 pts*

(* denotes double voting power)

So it's Microprose Formula One Grand Prix after all!
