Not the case with FF58. I was using FF56, upgraded to 57 (which got updated to 58), never looked back.

So FF58 is less a regression than FF56 or FF57. Big deal.

It's not a regression at all. It's better than a few dozen versions before it. I started using FF years ago and it's improved a lot. Just try the link I posted and see for yourself. Unless you're using add-ons that use the deprecated add-on system (that you can't live without), you likely won't go back.

I hope if EAB is upgraded it's to vBulletin 4.3. I must admit I rather like VBulletin more after seeing A.org upgraded to SMF. I prefer the old VBulletin look vs SMF. A.org just does not look the same especially the news section. Just my humble opinion maybe I'm wrong. vBulletin® Version 4.2.3 is good enough that NewTek runs their forums on it and they are selling and supporting very high end $$$$ video switching solutions and Lightwave 3D. It seems to do the job just fine for their forums. As the former owner of A.org it bums me out that I don't go there much anymore because I'm not a fan of the new SMF layout. I always loved browsing EAB more, it's a guilty pleasure.
