Default tool for graphic files?
I thought it was multiview but when I try that I get the error message "unknown data type". Any idea what's wrong?

MultiView is only able to display a file if there is a corresponding datatype installed. If datatypes are not familiar to you, consider them as plugins for decoding a particular type of file. You'll find them in SYS:Devs/Datatypes/ and Aminet is full of additional ones if you are missing one you need.

I can recommend Warp datatypes. I registered my copy a couple of months ago and afaik it's the only datatypes system in active development for OS3.
