Newbie - Where to begin advice needed
Hi all,
I have been trying to get myself setup with an Amiga emulation platform so i can run through some of the great games I remember. Like Rick Dangerous and Eye of the Beholder.... Now to be honest I am finding the various options pretty intimidating - there is just so many!!! I am not sure what is best.... 1. WinUAE plus ADF files 2. Some sort of WB and WHDLoad setup 3. FS - UAE...what is that? 4. more than 3 options = brain melt So far I have managed to get WinUae setup on my USB key and I have even managed to install WB on a hard disk and run a game. But I fear it is a bit of a mess.... Is there any really good guides out there that will help me walk through and tell me what is a really great setup to have? many many thanks! |

If you want a relatively easy access to gaming you could indeed give FS-UAE plus the online database a try. This way you won't have to figure out which emulation options to use for which game as this information is retrieved from the database. Just have a look here: http://fs-uae.net
