listening suggestions
Hello,
i want to enlarge a bit my playlist of old mods. i don't like techno music or metal, while i enjoy more melodic stuff like the songs from Utopia, Darkmere, Perihelion, SotB and Agony, Stuff like that. so i would like to ask for some suggestion of mods to download and add to my Foobar playlist. Please, mod format only no mp3 nor exotic ones, as sadly the latter cannot be read by foobar (or at least i don't know which plugin makes them readable), and i prefer not to use delitracker or winamp, while the former are a bit odd to use to play tracker formats musics. thank you |

@ TCD there are many great mods in the middle there, i had forgotten some of them!
some comes from games i did not play and now i want to. the only drawback of the format is that it's not possible to edit tags or titles, so i often don't know what i'm listening to. I guess i'll separate the games in different directories. on a side note, do anybody know where to download the felon mod used for hoodlum cracktro of Darkmere? the one with the little lemming walking on the Felon' logo that's a great little song (this one: http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=14588) Last edited by Marcuz; 12 June 2008 at 20:14. |

I know where to get it... in the zone
For the tags : I can make you a pack with a batch for DosBox and Fasttracker 2 so you can edit the songtitle. It can be done with most trackers. It's a bit of work, but I think that's no problem for you |

Hi marco,
the mod for Sensible World of Soccer is called 'SensibleWorldOfSoccer.mod' in my collection If it's missing I'll surely will upload it for you I have Wrath of the demon in MP3 format. I don't know if there is a way to convert .dw files into .mod files. Should I put the MP3 in the zone for you? |

You mean 'rjp.HERO'? It plays fine in Deliplayer 2 for me. I have extracted both the rjp and the smp file in one directory. There is a special Amiga replayer package for exotica songs. I can search for it if you haven't got it yet.

Ah damn, I can't find it anymore
I've attached the replayer for rjp files. Put it in your '\Deliplayer2\AmigaPlayers' folder. I don't know if that works, but you could give it a try. Maybe someone else knows where this replayer pack can be found... |

grabbed thanks!
only way it sounds alike the amiga is with "wide stereo" selected, but even so, but seems that at times it skips some sample. i'm not sure, maybe it's just my impression as i have the game music in mind. whatever... it's good enough! thank you! |
