AmigaDOS - Stack

Left click the main game Icon once.

Then right click and then at the top where your drop down menus are hover over "Icons" move down to "Information"
Let go of right mouse button.
You should see a little box named "Stack:"
Change that value to what ever and press "Save"
The relaunch the Icon.

Alternatively left click Icon and then press "Amiga Key" and "I" to bring window up.

this is Really pickling me, Can anybody tell me from the beginning how to set the files up and stuff I thought I had done it correctly. have got adoom to work just cant get it to run well

that's why I want to try attack doom to see if it will speed the game up

i got the doomattack all in one lha from aminet and set it up like it said to. you have a few things I noticed though which I don't have I really need a start to finish written tutorial of where to get everything and how to completely set it up and where to put necessary files

What are the files you do not have? not all the files shown are really necessary

I am having Difficulty Putting all of the info into a text Document to Send to you if you go to aminet and Download the DoomattackAIO.lha I have left as it is for now until you can tell me Precisely what I need to put into it and where and if needed where I could go to find what I need?

I have tested the archive "DoomattackAIO.lha" and it works great. Inside archive DoomattackAIO.lha you find us three executables, DoomAttack.020, DoomAttack.040 and DoomAttack.060. What you need to do, based on your CPU, and that of renaming DoomAttack by deleting extension, then you have to add the game to the folder, file DOOM.WAD, DOOM2.WAD etc.. If you can not understand what I wrote I do a video tutorial.

Without knowing how you've setup your Amiga and what hardware you're using it's a little difficult to give precise step-by-step instructions on how to use DoomAttack.

Does your system meet the minimum requirements, which from the readme file are:

OS 3.0, 68020, some fast memory, AGA or Gfx-Board, a compatible WAD file

The readme file seems to give pretty explicit instructions on what to do, which boils down to:

Extract the archive to a directory
Choose which executable file suits your system cpu
copy the wad file (which I assume you've found on the internet somewhere) to the directory
launch the doomattackprefs program, set your preferences, save
run doom

yes I have a Amiga 1200 040 os3.1 and 8MB Graphics Mem, and 8MB Fast Ram at the Moment this is Emulated via Winuae as my Keyboard Membrane has not Arrived for My Actual A1200 but my A1200 has a 020.

I have now Had success anyway it was me not Renaming necessary Files Etc.

The Problem I face now is that it is Really Choppy, It will run fast then stop to catch up and then carry this on in a cycle deeming it not very Playable is there a Fix for this?

It's not gonna run well on an 020.
