Welcome to EAB

You may be able to do it by going into properties - Host - Input. Select config #1 then keyboard and either select what you want them to do, or select None from the drop down menu. I'm not sure but if you select none, they may revert back to the Windows settings but I'm not sure.

I think this may be a job for Toni Wilen He's the master with WinUAE and if anyone can tell you how it's done or if it can be done, he's your man

WinUAE uses directinput exclusive keyboard mode which may prevent other programs to read the keyboard when WinUAE has focus.

You can try -rawkeyboard command line option which enables alternative keyboard mode.

(these 2 are the only possible ways to read all "special" keys like Windows keys, print screen etc..)
