Larger file request menu?

Whenever I open a file or directory request menu like in the screenshot below, the window always opens in a very small window which I have to manually increase each time which becomes annoying after a while. Is there any way to have it open up much larger or a custom size by default?

Use Prefs/ASL, set position to centered on screen and size to relative.

Thanks thomas that solution works for my Amiga 1200 V2 but for some reason it doesn't work for my Mediator RTG Amiga setup.

Make sure that you don't have any patch for ASL installed. ReqTools comes with one, MUI, too. MCP might also have something.
