Jesus on E's (LSD) problem with v1.1

With this file:

ftp://grandis.nu/Commodore_Amiga/Ret...s_v1.1_LSD.lha

There is a problem with this WHDLoad package, in that while most of the demo plays fine all the way through the main section, no scrolling credits are visible at the end, although the music plays fine. There is only a black screen.

I am using the WHDLoad part of ClassicWB Lite (latest version). My configuration is A1200-based (attached), with the latest WinUAE (4.1.0).

Anyone else had the same problem, or am I doing something wrong?

MODS: If this thread is better posted in Demos or something, then please do so.

I would imagine that the people behind the slave thought that it would work all the way through, and didn't test it fully. I wouldn't blame them, the whole thing runs for over half an hour as it is.

Not seeing anything in the cfg file... Maybe try running the demo in OCS or with a 68000.

I'm running WHDLoad on WB3.1 (ClassicWB) and AGA/020, so I don't think that's possible. I thought WHDLoad required WB3.1 at least?

Problem is DIWSTRT related, demo apparently uses settings which don't work on AGA. Try attached slave, it should fix the problem. And next time, please use the Mantis tracker for bug reporting as I only found this thread by coincidence...

It requires 2.0 according to the docs. But 3.1 runs on any Amiga configuration. It's perfectly happy on an OCS 68000.

Can confirm Demo has black screen instead of credits with old slave.

And works absolutely fine with this slave (A1200,Aca1233n)! Thanks StingRay!!
