Roger Rabbit's Hare Raising Havoc - mentioned in solve from Loons 025 disk
Ultima VI - Loons 028 details steps to activate cheat whereby an item (in this case a rubber ducky) can be put into inventory.
SHERLOCK The Riddle of the Crown Jewels - Looks like text and I don't have this game. Sprint 011 has rubber duck in the solve.

It is an honor to contribute to this vital work.

Puggsy - select junior level, make it to junior 3 (easy). A Mega Drive FAQ calls these rubber ducks. On Amiga they are yellow, cute, have no feet so I agree.

Could never play that one, I lacked the hardware But if the game drops bonus point items, probably yeah

Crackdown's had a running joke about ducks. In the first game we left them in some really hard to get places, just for a laugh.
