Private Messsage system.

Hello there Team EAB,

I would like to personally thankyou all for a great job, (even that quicky clicky bippy )

well to my question, is it possible to increase the amount of messages one can recieve?! or atleast have an archiveable area for selected posts.

the reason i ask is that i send a lot of stuff out to forum friends, and obviously receive important info's and setups. and instead of frantically update my eab database at home (joking) i was wondering if it is at all possible without to much over head to implement an upgrade to the PM system.

Thanks for reading

Hmm, now that the notification e-mails contain the message bodies for PMs, you could just save those e-mails. But maybe people that have a justified high volume of PMs could get their quota increased.

@RCK

I have to admit, I am finding that I have to cull a lot of them twice a month LOL I was just thinking if there was an archive-able feature or if one was possible?

Of course, if you want to allow me to have unlimmited PM's i am very good at begging ... I also have pleading and pouting down very well also and if none of that manage to sway ya.... theres always bribing...

Do mods get more PM space?

Because mine says I'm allowed 200 PMs not just 150...

I get 200 as well.... but I thought it was always 200, regardless of whether you're a moderator or not. Not that I've ever come close to running out of space, in three years I've never had to delete any PMs I've received.

Well I maxed out 100 a while back and it said my pm box was full so it's changed some time in the last couple of months for me... just seemed a coincidence that's all

It's all those complaints about Zetr0 and Anal-lubis copping off behind the eab bike sheds!

I assume Zetr0 is begging for 17,45 hardware/hardware mods sub-forums. And Anal-lubis? Well... he is Anal-lubis.
