OK every piece of HW inside the D-Box now
 . As I sold my OS4.0 Classic I didn't have use for the extra IDE harddisk so it was removed, thus speeding up booting. There's still some little tinker work to do but main thing is: IT'S ALL NOW WORKING GREAT! No flickering in display (Amigakit timing fix  ) now even with HD activity as was before, and the whole thing is pretty quiet  Finally the Amiga times are back...again!
