AExplorer not connecting under Win8
Hi everyone,
I have previously successfully connected AExplorer to both my A600 and A1200, though that was under Windows 7. I tried today to connect to the A600 only to be presented with "There has been a conflict accessing the Amiga Explorer resources" and "error reading from COM port". I've tried many baud settings and different USB/ COM port configurations. The oddest thing is that if I run the setup process via AExplorer, it happily installs to RAM on the A600 and I can copy over the program for install. It is when I'm using the actual Explorer that it won't connect. What am I doing wrong? Thanks Dan |
