i'm search this working software without hardware key or dongle.
i have found in some tosec, but not working.

those version in TOSEC should work
many moons ago I bought that very version and it came without dongle, without disks protection

I ran that version on my a1200. what does not work for you?

if installed in the correct way, it will add alot assign commands to user-startup (!?)
without them, it may not work as expected.

I installed 3.0a again, on my a1200 030/882 Jit system, wb/kick 3.1
using/installed the floating point version
it does create those assign commands in s:user-startup

it does start within seconds, with a title screen and a "continue" button,
next I see the toolbar with the "3d-world" above.

one thing you should set in winuae config -> chipset -> immediate blitter
otherwise the gui will freeze, is responding very slowly.

Installed from file server: Commodore_Amiga/TOSEC [2016-01-03]/Commodore Amiga - Applications - [ADF] (TOSEC-v2015-10-25_CM)/Caligari 24 v3.0a (1993-12)(Octree Software)(Disk 1 of 3)[HD].zip etc - it installed fine to my Amikit WinUAE 3.5.0 and seemed to start fine. Didn't fill my window - I didn't check if there was some screenmode configuration possibility. I checked immediate blitter.

yes, in NTSC the toolbar is shifted somehow, in PAL it does sit on the bottom of the screen.
I think the program will allways open in hires lace overscan.
there is no option to change the screenmode (IIRC), maybe some screen
promotion tool may help.

it was my assign script not written in right way.

ah, ok. if you are using some iconx script for the assign commands in the Caligari24 folder,
you may now install Caligari Broadcast 3.1 in the same config, but different folder.
you may re-use the assign script of C24 with the Broadcast version,
just change the first line to the broadcast folder.

I have downloaded Caligari and I have a question...

Does anyone know how to configure this such that it uses RTG/workbench screen modes.

Clicking on the setup icon raises an error 'Must be in command file'
??
