It's a Knockout! 2012/13: Qualifying Round - Sensible Golf

Starts: 00:01 December 2 Finishes: 23:59 December 15

So here we go again. Seven weeks of intense, no-room-for-error, one-mistake-and-you're-out gaming. And what better way to start than with, er, a nice relaxing round of golf...?

Rules

Rules are available here. Super League rules are here.

Play one round of the Casablanca course. Play all 18 holes and in one player mode ONLY (including no CPU players).

Post a picture of your score here with the score written underneath. Enter as often as you like.

Tied scores will be separated by whoever submitted their score first.

No cheating (including save states) - anyone caught cheating gets disqualified.

Here's how the qualifying system works:

Between 9-13 people enter: 8 people qualify.
Between 14-17 people enter: 12 people qualify.
18+ people enter: 16 people qualify.

Remember you have to enter this round to have any chance of playing later on - but please only enter if you feel you will be able to commit to playing the full tournament (this is important, too many people who qualify and then don't take part in the later rounds which spoils the competition).

Have fun and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Unfortunately that's the story of EAB's season. I hope we'll see a bigger turnout for the Knockout. Lemon have shot out of the blocks here.

On the first run I had a +5 because I hit some trees and had to get out again, and almost all holes in par.

Hopefully this score will get me through to the group stage. Though I still hope one or two more from the EAB side contribute a score.

I'd still like to see more new people involved... currently only seven of the 18 participants are from EAB (although all of them are on course to qualify). If we could have 8 from each board in the next round that would be great.

Sorry for such a late entry... been tied up with other things.

I had a good start (-1 after the first hole) and held to +1 over par until hole 12 when things went downhill

I recovered a little by the end, but I'm not convinced I'm safe at all right now, so I will be playing more over the next couple of days.
