TCP/IP programming on Amiga

Hi all!

I'm using Cubic IDE (in gcc mode) and after compiling those examples: https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/tcp-se...entation-in-c/, they say: "socket creation failed...". I'm stuck .

Also, which TCP/IP dev kit do I need for VBCC? This is ok? http://aminet.net/package/comm/net/AmiTCP-api-30b2

Hi Ami!

Could you share your main() function for the Amiga? It should include opening the bsdsocket.library like here

Keep us posted!

Thanks. Now I have executables but they don't work as expected whatever I type in client console window, it isn't echoed in server window.

@tygre

Yes, I'm opening bsdsocket.library first.

Executables attached.

you simply selected an awful example...

enter more data also on the server side and both start to do something...
