Shortcut keys for Amiga Forever player

I'm new to Amiga Forever, finally got it working yesteday night but I couldn't figure out what all the keyboard shortcuts were for the player. Specifically, save and load savestate (or snapshot, as they call it). The ones in the WinUAE help file don't work.

Not quite sure there is such a shortcut for savestate since it's only used when
the session has quit. Don't quote me on that though.

While in AF you can press F1 and get the documentation for the program. Do
a search on shortcuts and/or snapshot. See what pops up. I tried it and there's
not much info for Windows boxes but lots of info for your emulated system.
