People...
...rather than butchering the HDD of one of the v. kind + generous peeps here I thought 'why no buy one off fleaBay?' V. surprised to find quite a few of the exact model - sling in a bid of 99p for one... ...just came back to find I lost to a sniping frenzy! In the end it went for just under £9! Why? How is one of these drives worth anything at all but to someone like me who hopes to retrieve their lost data..? Is there an international Woodlouse conspiracy to destroy all these drives? Does that explain the seeming desperation..? From the same search I just picked up a buy-it-now for 3.99 & lower postage... ...why didn't they? |

ok those are nasty. Please use your high megapixel cameras for more appropriate pictures. For god sakes....hire an exterminator and sell some retro to fund it if nessecary.
Of course in North Carolina we have the Brown Recluse and also the Black Widow Spiders of the arachnid family. Fun Stuff. |

I hope Charlie gets his hard drive back to life for long enough to get his data back, but it seems no-one has anything more to say about the original subject.
This is prb.Hardware, not post your large woodlouse macro shots. Thank you for understanding and staying on topic in the future. |
