It is not just the ending but the fact that it is coming through a slight delay in time. Another world is different, the guy is dying in action. Here, the hero is alive and dying at the end.

Ehm, what?, don't quite understand which game you are talking about in what order...

So, what you are saying is that the difference is that the hero in AW is dying in action while the one in OnEscapee is dying at the end??... they both die at the end, no difference.... the big difference is that onescapee has better gfx, more drama and sadness, he even has a tear in his eye when he dies and it's a sad tune playing... AW can't compare..

clearify what you said so I understand pls . And what do you mean with "coming through a slight delay..."?

Release dates?
I get what manicx means, and imho AW has a better sad ending with a much more beautiful and sad tune, while OE has a "comercially perfect" tune you would expect in a Hollywood blockbuster family movie. (Which is not good in this case, imho)
I prefer the AW graphics too, OE is much too cartoony.
