Elvira 2
Hi, does anyone know where I can find the English cracked version of Elvira 2? or the code wheel for it?
I downloaded the skid row version, but the crack doesn't work when I restore the game. I will be forever grateful if someone can help me find a working copy. |

Try to use save state in emulator, not save game in game.

A paper printout is not practical and a code wheel is too much trouble to make so here is a Windows (at least '95-XP ) program to unlock the doors. Simply cycle the graphics with left and right mouse buttons until they match game screen and read off code. I wanted to program this for Amiga but the Workbench was in bad shape while game was running, almost no memory left and colors all messed up.

I must amend my statement concluding printout is not practical. Thanks to this Waxworks code sheet, an adaptation was easily made for Elvira II. Yes, it looks bewildering at first glance but it is really simple. Please report any mistakes you find since these were all typed by hand.

There's one particular file that had the copy protection. When SR released it, the text file said you only needed to patch the first disk. I find it to be that all disks had to be patched.

I had one copy of skidrow that made the same hell for me. When I loaded a game the doors did not open and I had to reload from start. Try using other copies or WDHload files.
I have them and they work |
