lemmings stops at tricky lvl 14 "menacing"

i have a problem with lemmings playing within winuae.
have been able to play up du level 13 on tricky rating.
when it should load tricky level 14 "menacing" it stops.
no obvious crash or error, just nothing happens at all.
mouse cursor stays in wait state (sleeping lemming).
prior to game stopper there is massive floppy activity.
also happens if i skip to level 14 (code: hmdmcmnmep).

althought limited information (configurarion, UAE version, used ADF) the reason is a
bad disk image, use different disk 2!!

as i wrote, the reason is bad disk 2, Skid Row crack is fine, he has just used bad disk image

thanks, found "lemmings_disk2_repaired" in zone and this seems to be the solution indeed.
with repaired disk level loading successfully, just playing lemmings tricky level 14 "menace".
this level has a very unfamiliar music (for me), don't remember this track at all!

although not needed anymore, still want to answer questions from above:
first i played on a600 config (as i was playing lemmings on amiga 600 back in the day).
after that problem occured i tried amiga 500 quickstart configuration for compatibility.
as emulator i'm using latest stable winuae 3.5.0, i'm no beta testing user...
unfortunately i can't tell anymore, which .adf images of lemmings i've have been using.
files have been extracted and renamed to just lemmings (1).adf and lemmings (2.adf).
both files have time stamp: 24.12.1996 22:32, if this information helps in any way...

helps not that much, we need crc32 to identify

thanks, uploaded .adf to online crc-32 file check tool, returns the code you have posted (206cadfc).
so i had broken image in my collection all the time. now deleted as i have repaired one from the zone.
btw., repaired .adf has time stamp 11.03.2005 18:11 and online crc check returns code e4596813...

indeed, this is fully working disk 2 with a fixed sound sample.

just found an old savestate from august 08 2014, also saved between level 13 and level 14.
this can't be a coincidence, so obviously i encountered the problem already three years ago!
so i must have had that bad .adf floppy image for ages!
