Authoring for both C64 and Amiga?

Does anyone know of an authoring tool that would output both Amiga and C64 binaries for a simple point and click game with a bit of sound and animation? ScummVM?

SCUMMVM only runs old data files. If you want to author a new game, I'd look elsewhere. Keep in mind also that C64 bitmaps have less resolution and color than an Amiga game. The original Zak McCracken used the same data files on Amiga as C64 and came out looking sub-par.

The C64 and Amiga are very different in their architecture and capability... I don't think such an utility exists, but even if one did, the results would be sub-optimal for both systems.

Probably easier to develop for C64 and run it emulated on the Amiga (need a decently powerful system though)
