Top 5 or 10 Neo Geo CD games?

I reckon a few ppl here have a NeoGeo CD (or AES) or at least play the games.
In short, what's your top 10 (or top 5) games list?

Cheers

Edit:
Also add your personal genre preference e.g. Fighting games, Shmups, puzzle, platformers, RPG, All, etc..

3. Last Resort.
4. Samurai Showdown (all titles).
5. The King of Fighters (all titles).
6. Aero Fighters aka Sonic Wings (all titles).
7. Viewpoint.
8. Ghost Pilots.

Most of my top ten have already been mentioned so there's really no point in repeating...

Definitely add "Shock Troopers 1 & 2" and even "Nam-1975" to your list

Never like those top xx lists so I will just list as much great games as I remember:
Metal Slug (I, II, X, III, if You are big fan give a try for V too)
Pulsar, Last Resort and Blazing Star (because I love those shmups)
Fatal Fury and King of Fighters (while I'm not big fan of fighting games this series looks fantastic)
Top Hunter
Spinmaster
Cyber-lip
Bule's Journey
Crosed Swords
Robo Army
Mutant Nation
Sengoku 3
Puzzle Bobble
Galaxy Fight
Aero Fighters

First of all, thanx for the lists.

What is the difference between all those gazillion King of Fighters versions? Which is considered the best? I can't really say I can tell them apart..

Personally I'm not to much into those Japanese RPGs but I'd like to have a couple of the better fighters and Shmups.

Lists are useful, because if you have 20 lists containing pretty much the same titles then you do have some useful statistics.
Personal taste is something else however. ;-)

Oh how I wished to own a Neo-Geo AES console back in the day... So damn expensive though

Obviously these days I emulate via MAMEUI

Oh but I do :-) (just bought one from Japan, with shipping cost of $90 ;-)

Regarding emulators... What would we do without WinUAE and MAME :-)
But in the end I prefer the real thing.
It's a good thing I live in a house with plenty of storage space ;-)

Still considering an AES at some point but games are bloody expensive.
For some weird reason MVS games are a lot cheaper than AES. (Demand vs availability I suppose).

Edit:
Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.fr/itm/272324047226
So....affordable... ;-)

King Of Fighters was the original of its type before Street Fighter II but because it was limited to Neo Geo didnt get the recognition it deserves learn some moves on King Of fighters and you will like it.

Ive not play any KOF past 2001 I dont know if there good I lost interest in Fighting games when SF went 3D

Ive played *some* version, I'm just lost when it comes to tell the difference between the yearly revisions.
Is it like FIFA with gradual tweaks or is it just adding more playable characters?

I actually own cabinet with Neo Geo board inside and Chinese 120 in 1 cartridge.

Before that I used to burn Neo Geo CDs and play them on Dreamcast through NEO4ALL.

It's really cool emulator. Nice looking. You just boot that cd and replace it with neo geo one. And it works nicely. No slowdowns. Probably loading times are better then on Neo Geo CD cause of DC's faster cd-rom. I don't remember that I have to wait for some game to load too much or spoil the fun with frequent and slow loadings.

I haven't burn neo geo cd for a while but I think they can't be burnt just like any other iso. I think I had to change some values in disc juggler... but info is out there on the net.
