So if anyone can shed any light I'd be grateful.
I have tried a few times to contact Dary without success.

Hi,

I just installed amigasys 4 aga, I'm pretty happy with it. I choosed the classicWB theme.

The only thing annoying me is that the active window decoration appears in grey, instead of "classic" blue. Really disturbing.

I tried to take a look on MUI settings, without success. Any clue on how I could change the window color to blue ?

thanks

I deceided to start setting my Amiga Emulators up again, installed Amikit no problems, went back to installing AmigaSys and having a right carry on with it, never had any problems in the past? First problem is when installing the screen resolution is so big that when you are selecting the WB floppies you cannot see the bottom of the screen, you have to quit that screen, luckily it accepts the WB floppies (WB & Extras) When I reboot i get an error saying Picasso 96: could not open rtg library. And also which is the best rom to use on this installation, thanks in advance ;-)

You need the latest rtg.library from WinUAE2.7.0.zip from the main WinUAE site, just copy the new rtg.library over the old one in the SYS: partition in AmigaSYS. you can use Kickstart3.0/Kickstart3.1, go for the last one if you have Workbench disk 3.1.

Hi I have located the rtg Library, but unsure where to place it I cannot see any other librarys as I cannot get past this on start up, and the only thing I can see in the Amiga Sys Folder is the AmigaSYS4.hdf ?

rtg.library goes in the Libs:Picaso96 drawer.

@Viceroy. Set the video resolution to 800x600 or 1024x768 for AmigaSYS in WinUAE, use window mode in WinUAE for it. BTW, for the rtg.library archive, mount it as a disk and copy it over to the Libs:Picasso96 drawer. Use the default Quickstart mode for A1200 in WinUAE and play with that till you have it up and running, but remember to save a configuration for it from time to time for each thing you do, like adding more memory, adding more drives than the default one or two.

Realy sad. AmigaSys was the second WB pack for me after AIAB.
And I still have a working installation of AS3 somewhere on my HDD that I use from time to time. One of the best packs I ever found, I like it even more than Amikit.

Now there is also BetterWB and ClassicWB and who knows what else.
Maybe he doesn't like the competition... ^^

I doubt that, but I prefer AmigaSYS over the others.

Please help,

I've installed AmigaSYS through Amiga forever. When the choice of resolution is coming, can't find the best for me... After installation, in Amigasys theme resolution, i still haven't the best choice...
Then, in Amigasys setting, through screenmodes i can find what i'm searching but... after selected, the wallpaper is "strange" because not at the good resolution (need 1600x900).

Can someone help me to add 1600x900 in Amigasys theme resolution or have a 1600x900 wallpaper when i'm using screenmodes ?

Hope you understand i'm french

First you should download some nice wallpapers in the correct resolution.

klick here to search for wallpapers in 1600x900

Download a picture copy it to your emulated harddisk.
Then go to Prefs/WBPattern and select the picture you like and klick save.

Look in the prefs/themes drawer. You should fine them all in there. Then point backdrop location to the file you want.

From what I undrestand he wants a picture in correct aspect ratio. Not just another picture with a wrong one. As far as I remember it AmigasSYS has only 4:3 pictures in the themes drawer.Or does AF come with it's own wallpapers?

Aye, I see. I like to make a new folder and put my own widescreen res pics in there within prefs themes.
If I get some time, I will look at adding widescreen pics to Amigsys. As I have to change sometihng else aswell.
Dont want to do anything though until I speak to Dary, its around 1.5 to 2 years since I have had contact with him.
