Anyone recognize this piece - Amiga 500 floppy drive part?

I picked up an Amiga 500 awhile back, and while cleaning it up today this piece (see attachment) fell out of the floppy. Or at least, I believe it did but didn't actually see it fall out.

Looks like a tensioner, but I cannot see on or in the drive where it may have come from.

Does anyone know what this is, or where it belongs?

Thanks in advance.

I think that thing goes on the side and as far as I understand, it is just to provide a ground connection to the shield.

From some unknown reason this part is stuck to the upper cover of my floppy drive and I think it touches the backplate of the keyboard.

And you can see it for example here:

I dunno if it goes above on an A500 as it does on the A1200, but clearly this is to ground the floppy drive's case as I suggested.

My A500+ has one of these on the front edge of the RF shield - actually nowhere near the floppy - it's just to the right of the frontmost screwhole under the spacebar. I presume it's there just to prevent the keyboard and RF shield rattling against each other but I guess it could be to ground the keyboard's backplane.
