Amiga Power "Games Massive" Audio Tracks

I'm just curious about this: The TOSEC dump of the CD32 disc that came with the May 1995 Amiga Power comes with 29 audio tracks, every single one of which seems to be 6 seconds long and completely silent. I'm guessing this was a mistake in the original CD mastering that TOSEC has faithfully replicated - I don't have a physical version of the CD to verify that though. Does anyone know if there's more to these mysterious tracks than meets the eye?

I've tried to play my real CD and the tracks are indeed 6 seconds long and blank.

I gather this is the same reason as like when you open an audio cd and realise the files are very small, yet when it comes to ripping the audio with dedicated software the true 'tracks' are displayed...
