Hello from beyond the wall (Norway)
Hey!
My name is Kai and I am a Amigaholic. I have been fiddling with Amiga's since forever (1990'ish) starting with the Amiga 500. And after firing up my first game, Lemmings, it was love at first sight. Since then I have collected all sorts of Amigas, clones and accessories. The CD32 being by far my all time favorite Amiga. With its small form factor, an Amiga keyboard and the SX-32 expansion making it a potent little Amiga. I have built my own TF330 for it, but honestly have to say I miss the various ports the SX-32 has to offer in comparison. The floppy port being the one I miss the most. But I guess that is up to taste. I am still missing a couple of Amiga types but sooner or later... Gotta catch 'em all! Currently I am refurbishing my Amigas. Fixing various issues like replacing capacitors, troubleshooting why stuff isn't doing what it is supposed to do etc. And after that I will pick up assembly programming again. A huge shout-out to Photon* and his Amiga assembly programming tutorial on youtube See you around! P.S. I honestly thought I had posted here already but it seems it was only a figment of my imagination ... Last edited by theq; 14 May 2019 at 14:50. Reason: * misspelling Photon :blush |

Welcome theq And yes, I think the CD32 doesn't get enough credit, would be lovely with e.g. a documentation project for it, and it could see new, great games - or even improved existing ones - it would just be so fab to see how far it could come into its own as a true console
