Cyberstorm mk1 SCSI LED?
Hi,
On the CS mk1 (SCSI module) there are 2 headers for HDD LED, but I really have no idea how they are connected. Are they supposed to redirect the LED of SCSI HDDs to the A4000 IDE LED? Thx Chris |

IIRC, the SCSI module grabs the IDE activity pins from motherboard and add the SCSI activity to the case LED.
Connect as pair of wires from IDE activity pins on the mobo, hook to the SCSI kit and from there you hook the original LED cable. If you are confused, I can draw a diagram for you to check the pins. |

Update.. I connected the cables, but I don't see 'realtime' activity (on the SCSI HDD) on the LED , just some 'blinks' on the LED, nevermind I put a LED from the option connector of the HD on the case.
thx |
