New AmiSSL v4.6
AmiSSL v4.6 has been released, bringing it up to openssl 1.1.1g compatibility.
Programs compiled against v4.3 will need to be recompiled against the v4.6 SDK to work, so it may break compatibility with existing tools using AmiSSL. The release is available here: https://github.com/jens-maus/amissl/releases/4.6 |

Just to clarify, no compatibility will be broken. v4.3 can be installed at the same time as v4.6 - applications will end up using whatever is the best version available to them (amisslmaster.library decides).
It is just that applications that were compiled to specifically use v4.3 (YAM is the only one that I am aware of, apart from IBrowse 2.5 which has since been updated) will continue to use v4.3 until they are updated. Whereas applications that were compiled to use 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 or 4.4/4.5 will automatically start using v4.6 instead. |
