PNG Gameicons from Boxscans & Snapshots

Hi, guys

i've made over 500 Gameicons in PNG format from the brilliant HOL Scans & Shots (and from The Legacy). Hope some of you could need it. they are up in the zone.

No Problem, it is very comfortable to edit the Scans under Windows and then change the ".png" to ".info"

er .. i need enlightenment mate .. what use are they ? .. they are still PNG's so not .info even tho they are named as such.

yes they are still png's. Look at "EnlightenmentDruid2.png". Change it to .info and it works as an icon under Amiga OS with png support. You need the Powericon patch or a newer AIAB Version with Scalos.
I use Amiga SYS 2 which has the Powericon patch intalled.

You should check with exoticons. They are also made of Boxscans.

thanks Thalion, these icons aren't in the exoticons package. That's why i made some. (Ok, some are, but i don't sorted them out). BTW the exoticons are MUCH professional than mine because they were reduced to 128 (256) Colours and looks awesome. The PNG's have to look great by 16,7 Million colours.
